Orders must be placed before 4:30pm (GMT) on a working day to be eligible for Next Day delivery when selected at Checkout. Orders placed after 4:30pm (GMT) on a working day, on a weekend day or a bank holiday will be processed the next working day, and due for delivery the next day.

You will receive an email once your order has shipped containing a tracking link so that you can follow your order whilst in transit with our selected couriers.

Brexit has affected the way in which we can ship goods to the EU.

To simplify your shopping process and prevent any hidden fees at checkout or when your order arrives in your country, we guarantee that any extra taxes and duties caused by Brexit are included in the price of our products. You make one payment on our website and we will ship your goods as normal.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at help@mentellclothing.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We do not accept returns for any items that have been worn, damaged or washed. Any customised items are also none returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order Issues

Please check in all of your safe places and with your surrounding neighbours. If you still cannot locate the parcel, please email our team at help@mentellclothing.com and we will happily look into this further for you.

Please send an email to help@mentellclothing.com with a photo of the incorrect item and your paper invoice.

From this we will investigate the error and ensure you receive your correct items as quickly as possible.

Sometimes the order confirmation emails will go into your junk/spam box, please check this first.

This could also be that the email address on your order is incorrect. Please send us an email with the full name on your order and delivery address so we can check this for you, we can then resend an order confirmation.

Unfortunately due to the speed of our Warehouse team, we cannot guarantee that we can make changes to orders before shipment especially in peak times. However, if you do want to make a change, please email help@mentellclothing.com and our team will be able to advise if they can make the change for you.

We are sorry to hear that you have received a faulty item. Please email us at help@mentellclothing.com with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Item name
  • Photo that shows the fault
  • Full photo of the product

We will then be in contact to resolve the issue.

All of our orders are checked by several members of our Warehouse team prior to being dispatched to make sure that nothing is missed. We also weigh our parcels prior to dispatching them. Due to this, resolving this should not be a problem. Please send over a photo of all packaging and your order number to help@mentellclothing.com our team will be able to look into this for you.

Products & Stock

For items that are likely to be restocked soon, there is a “Email me when back in stock” button on the product page which allows an email update when product is restocked. All restocks are advertised via our socials also. If you are still unsure, please email help@mentellclothing.com for an estimate date

We are purely an online brand and do not have phone lines available to reach us on. However our team are available on the help email and Facebook messenger live chat from 9am-5pm weekdays (excluding bank holidays).

If you want to delete your account, please email help@mentellclothing.com and the team will do this for you.

MENTELL® was created to start more conversation and prevent the stigma that is very present right now on mens mental health.

The brand symbolises that others can reach out to you, or can relate to you. Maybe you’ve been through mental health problems of your own, maybe you just like our designs or what we stand for and want to show your support.

We believe one conversation has the potential to change someone’s life.

Mental Health issues are becoming more and more predominate every single day. As a result, there are just too many precious lives lost and people suffering.

Yes we do. A share of all the profits go back to the organization and people that do incredible work to help those who need help.

Gorillas understand what members of their community are going through and knows the importance of sharing responsibilities. As such, the elderly members and the very young and vulnerable are kept safe while within the troupe.

The gorilla reminds us to use any power that we have wisely, with restraint, and to be a force for good in the world. When the gorilla is your spirit animal, you are a person who can summon stores of strength when you need it – even if you don’t initially think you have it. Gorilla people have inner reserves of power.
